I'm a passionate comic artist, lucid dreamer and lover of all things aquatic. This site my cozy den for hosting all my eclectic thoughts, interests and art!
I'm also an aromantic genderqueer trans man! I love being transgenderrrr and I make a lot of art about it too <3
I have a lot of activities and objects of affection that keep me busy!!
I'm an artist, primarily -- drawing is habitual for me, so that's my default creative outlet, but I'm interested by many art forms :-] creative writing / worldbuilding, painting, sewing / fursuit making and puppet making are my favorites to sink time into!
Some of my favorite TV shows/movies/books/etc include:
- It's Always Sunny in Philedelphia
- Fraggle Rock / The Muppets / Sesame Street
- How to Train Your Dragon (the books specifically! I named myself after book!Fishlegs)
- Spider-Man!!! Mainly the MCU Spider-Man movies & TSSM, though I love it all :3
- The Inkworld trilogy by Cornelia Funke (my copy of Inkheart was a comfort object for me for awhile, I carried it around everywhere and reread it so much that it ended up falling apart ahaha)
- The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (^ likewise!)
- The Captain Underpants series
- Most of Guillermo del Toro's work
I also loooove comics, specifically webcomics! Reading them, creating them, listening to other creators talk about their process, it's all very alluring to me and brings me a lot of joy! You can find a list of my favorite comics here!!
I don't consider this representation of me to be a fursona... it's moreso what I look like to me, internally. This is what I look like in my dreams, so I feel it's how I percieve myself on the level below physical!
I figured out what felt most authentic to me by drawing from animals and media that feel like "home" to me -- I grew up with cats, so my dragonself is very catlike, I've always loved mermaids and mythical seabeasts of all kinds, and the Seawings from Wings of Fire always struck a chord with me in a major way. I basically just drew a ton of different dragons over the course of a few years, until I was able to look down at myself in a dream and see that I looked like what I'd drawn the day before!
The features I draw myself with vary from piece to piece, I try to stick to what feels truest to me in the moment rather than being consistent.
For example: sometimes my body plan feels more cat- or doglike, other times I feel much longer and more serpentine; sometimes I'm fully covered in fur, other times it's only scales. I tend to draw myself somewhere inbetween for ease.
This reference sheet is fairly accurate, at least for practical purposes!

I also will draw myself as this smaller more catlike critter! This is the same 'character' as above, just a cuter and more emotive form that I default to for doodles. When I take this form in dreams, I usually have feathery wyvern-style wings, but I don't often draw them.
